NURSERY- Number Chit Game

Students practice their skills during play and make sense of the new knowledge and experiences. To reinforce the learning of numbers through play, a chit-game was planned for the Nursery students. The students had to pick a chit which had a number, they had to recognize the number, count and place that many connectors inside the bowl with the numbers pasted on it. The students were able to see the physical appearance and shape of a number, as well as what value it represents. Students could also learn to count through one-to-one correspondence as they reliably counted one object at a time
