Instructions for applying to NPS Whitefield

  • Create Login
    • The applicant has to register using their email ID and entering the relevant details as required.
    • Once registered, the applicant shall receive a verification email on the registered email ID.
    • Clicking on the verification link successfully completes the registration and a unique Login ID is created for the applicant.
  • Registration Process
    • The applicant has to login through the registration page with the login ID created in the previous step. The applicant shall be able to access the dashboard.
    • The ‘Registration Form’ for applying to NPS Whitefield shall be accessible under the tab ‘Registration Forms’.
    • The applicant has to fill the form online entering the accurate details pertaining to the student and the parents.
    • The form should be complete in order to submit it to the school. Incomplete forms shall not be acceptable.
  • Registration Fee
    • Registration fee of Rs. 1000/- has to be paid by the applicant online for submitting the form.
  • Once the form is duly filled in and the registration fee is paid, the form is successfully submitted to the school and an acknowledgement will be sent on the registered email ID.
  • Only one registration can be submitted by registering with an email ID. To submit another registration form, a different email ID has to be registered. However, the phone numbers can be the same.
  • Email ID submitted at the time of registration will be used for all correspondences until enrolment is completed. Change in Email ID will NOT be permitted under any circumstances.

  1. Parents seeking admission to NPS Whitefield are requested to fill the registration form and submit the completed form online. Kindly do not leave any field empty, as incomplete forms will not be accepted. Parents are also required to submit the documents as mentioned in the registration form
  2. Students are required to take a Proficiency Assessment which will be based on the syllabus as follows
    - If the test is conducted in Nov/February – Full portion of previous year and 1st term of current year
    - If the test is conducted in April/May – Full portion of previous year and of current year
    (The above may vary depending on the current situation and the guidelines by the Government)
  3. An interaction with parents along with student will be done before the final result is announced for admission
