Author Talk for Grades 7 & 8

An enlightening and motivating ‘Author Talk’ as a part of the book fair event was organized on 08 August 2023. The featured guest speaker, Mr. Nitin Kushalappa, an accomplished author, shared his valuable insights into the world of writing and creativity with the enthusiastic audience of grades 7 and 8. The aim of the talk was to inspire and educate young minds about the writing process, fostering a deeper appreciation for literature, and nurturing their own creative aspirations and perseverance. He shared his journey of struggling as a novice author to secure a publisher and discussed how to overcome such challenges, emphasizing that perseverance is the key. Mr. Nitin Kushalappa spoke about his recent book “DAKSHIN”, which takes readers on an enchanting journey through the rich tapestry of southern India's folk tales, myths, and fables.
