Orientation for Teachers

An orientation was held for the teaching staff at NPS Whitefield from May 15, 2023 to May 27, 2023. It started with the induction of new teachers into the system, who were later joined by the existing members of the team. The opening session taken by the Principal, immersed the teachers in an environment that nurtured the school's ethos, encouraged a can-do spirit, and emphasised the importance of right attitude. The following sessions focused on equipping teachers with valuable practices and tools that would enhance their teaching capabilities.

Overall, the orientation provided teachers with the tools and resources needed to be effective educators. The informative sessions also helped to create a sense of community among the teachers, which will be essential as they work together to educate the students at NPS, Whitefield.
